Meet Lisa.
Meet Lisa.
Do it for the stories.
This is the motto that Lisa has lived by, throughout multiple iterations of her career. It led her to the front door at the casting castle in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, where she immersed herself in an environment where unprecedented creativity and immaculate customer service were the gold standard. She cared deeply for the teams she led there, making time for mentorship and designing and executing legendary on-the-job training for maximum guest impact. Trusted with C-Suite executives and international dignitaries alike, Lisa became the go-to when impressions mattered most.
In 2015, she learned about the Enneagram, and it was nothing short of transformational. As she untangled this motivation-based system, she noticed that her immediate environment began to change. Her grasp of her own capabilities and strengths tightened as she learned the ways in which her naturally-inclined approach was already working, and the ways in which she was actually getting in her own way. Once she moved beyond learning her own Enneatype, she began to understand the people around her better, too-- enabling her to become skilled at wielding the Enneagram as her most important tool. Suddenly, she was attempting-- and succeeding-- at things that she never thought possible.
During this time, she earned her Master's in Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver, and took the opportunity to deeply research the Enneagram and its affects on motivation and intrinsic rewards. From here, she crafted a blueprint for a rewards system that truly works for employee engagement and quality output. She began to coach clients (as of writing this, 500+ clients served!) and saw incredible results with clients who elected to introduce the Enneagram into coaching sessions. She served as Project Management chair for the women's ERG and created coaching development workshops, successful cross-functional initiatives, and intentionally built thriving teams who understood each other's strengths.
In 2024, she founded the Treehouse Athenaeum podcast, bringing together other self-development practitioners with a wide array of tools and styles, hoping to give listeners a variety of entry points to access their journey to self in a way that makes sense to them.
These stories go beyond high school reunion fodder. They serve as conduits for the messages that change and shape organizations, teams, and individuals. Let Lisa's passion for quality leadership and motivational psychology transform you, your organization, or your small team.
You'll have an excellent story to tell at the end of it.
