HOW CAN WE ELEVATE YOUR EVENT TOGETHER?

My speaker fee includes:

  • A custom promotional video to get your audience hyped beforehand
  • A super fun engaging speech on the topic du jour, of course
  • Participation in the event for the full day (I'm a former improv teacher who is also great at "yes, and"-ing on panels)

What is your speaker fee?

There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to pricing out what you and your organization need. I aim for around 5-7 pro bono speaking engagements per year, and currently top out at around $25,000 for peak season. For webinars, I currently charge a flat rate of $5000.

Lisa, I have a mighty need to chat. Take me to your contact form!

Curiosity changed my life— and now I teach others how to let it change theirs. Transformational coach, Enneagram nerd, and host of The Treehouse Athenaeum.

Lisa Reams has a gift for making deep ideas feel human, funny, and real. She began her career leading creative teams in hospitality, where she mastered the art of connection and storytelling. When she discovered the Enneagram, it changed how she understood herself and everyone around her — inspiring a new path as a transformational coach and speaker. With a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and more than 500 clients served, Lisa now helps people reconnect with their purpose, navigate change with grace, and live like they mean it. She also shares those conversations through her podcast, Treehouse Athenaeum.

Do it for the stories.

This is the motto that Lisa has lived by, throughout multiple iterations of her career. It led her to the front door at the casting castle in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, where she immersed herself in an environment where unprecedented creativity and immaculate customer service were the gold standard. She cared deeply for the teams she led there, making time for mentorship and designing and executing legendary on-the-job training for maximum guest impact. Trusted with C-Suite executives and international dignitaries alike, Lisa became the go-to when impressions mattered most.

In 2015, she learned about the Enneagram, and it was nothing short of transformational. As she untangled this motivation-based system, she noticed that her immediate environment began to change. Her grasp of her own capabilities and strengths tightened as she learned the ways in which her naturally-inclined approach was already working, and the ways in which she was actually getting in her own way. Once she moved beyond learning her own Enneatype, she began to understand the people around her better, too-- enabling her to become skilled at wielding the Enneagram as her most important tool. Suddenly, she was attempting-- and succeeding-- at things that she never thought possible.

During this time, she earned her Master's in Organizational Leadership at the University of Denver, and took the opportunity to deeply research the Enneagram and its affects on motivation and intrinsic rewards. From here, she crafted a blueprint for a rewards system that truly works for employee engagement and quality output. She began to coach clients (as of writing this, 500+ clients served!) and saw incredible results with clients who elected to introduce the Enneagram into coaching sessions. She served as Project Management chair for the women's ERG and created coaching development workshops, successful cross-functional initiatives, and intentionally built thriving teams who understood each other's strengths.

In 2024, she founded the Treehouse Athenaeum podcast, bringing together other self-development practitioners with a wide array of tools and styles, hoping to give listeners a variety of entry points to access their journey to self in a way that makes sense to them.
